I have a Nikon product that is defective. What procedure should I follow?
How long is the warranty valid?
- If the Nikon equipment was purchased in Belgium, you can enjoy a two-year warranty on your device.
- If purchased it in foreign countries, but still in Europe, you will enjoy a one-year warranty in Belgium. The second year warranty must be obtained from the country of origin.
- If your Nikon equipment was purchased outside Europe, you cannot enjoy any warranty with our services with exceptions of the lenses on which Nikon granted a 1 Year Warranty worldwide.
How can I clean my CCD?
- You can bring it to us for maintenance of the CCD. This takes about 15 to 30 minutes and the prices are listed below.
- You can visit us every day between 08h30 – 15h00.
Cropped Frame: € 30 including VAT (excluding transport)
Full Frame: € 45 including VAT (excluding transport)
Z : € 35 including VAT (excluding transport)
Other brands: Unfortunately we don’t do this anymore
Can I send the unit to your services myself?
- Yes you can. This must be done with TaxiPost and the package must be insured. The material must be send in a packaged in which it is very well protected and it must be properly sealed.
- The cost of shipping and returning shall be paid by the end customer, even if the unit is still under warranty.
- In case of shipping damage or loss, the responsibility falls to the sender of the package.
Do you have a place for the delivery and pick up a repair?
- Yes, you can find our address and opening hours on our contact page.
For what reasons can warranties be refused?
- If they have had fall damage / impact damage or if the unit has broken parts and also any water and/or sand damage will result in a voided warranty.
- We always provide photos of the damage found and you can always ask your dealer if desired.
Can I get spare parts through you?
- Yes, we sell spare parts that you can replace yourself easily, such as rubbers, battery covers, sd / cf-doors. The price is on request. You can always ask this at the following address: contact@procirep-belux.com. After a confirmation of the order, we will send you an invoice. After payment we will send your ordered goods via post.

- You can use the following procedure on our website: service
- Can people receive an estimation before the repair?
- A quotation is established if the warranty is not applicable. However, it is not possible to give a estimation without inspecting your defective material.
- Thus, We cannot give an indication of the estimation by email or telephone can be no quoted without our services checking your device.
- It is also impossible to repair the device directly before a quotation is made. We always need a written approval before we can make a repair.
